What a privilege and delight to be joining the family of CMS IILM.A famed institution that boasts of an accomplished alumni that has seen many a successful management leader step out from its portals.Just a little three weeks of my association with this elite institution has made me realise that the IILM CMS , has a certain branding that connotes one word ,one idea,and one belief-Excellence!And it is this ethos and credo that drives and powers the institute.
